ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Accessible seating can be purchased by calling the box office at (713)772-5900, or by coming to the Arena Theatre box office during business hours.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited except for service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcomed into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS

An accessible restroom is located on aisle 12 inside the theater.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Accessible parking is available, inside the parking garage.

 

There is an ATM machine in the lobby area by the box office.

 

  • Medical or parenting bags are permitted at the venue and will be addressed on a case by case basis and subject to search.

  • Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5″x6.5″

  • Clear bags should not exceed 12″x6″x12″

  • All bags larger than a small clutch bag will need to be clear.

  • Bags for medical equipment (sized appropriately to the size of the equipment) are permitted, but will be subject to search, i.e. small items like medication need to follow the standard bag policy above.

  • Diaper/parenting bags (accompanied by infant/toddler) are permitted but will be subject to search.

  • Following standard safety protocol, all unattended items and bags left outside the gates or within the venue will be removed from the facility immediately.

  • Bags, purses or backpacks of any kind will not be accepted by Guest Services and you will be asked to take them back to your vehicle. 

 

The box office is located in the hallway that connects both towers.

Ticket office hours are Monday-Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On event days, the ticket office will open on 12 p.m-9pm. Please call ahead to verify hours 713-772-5900.

 

All patrons must have a ticket for event entry, regardless of age.

 

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct, as well as the conduct of their guests or persons using their tickets. Venue staff strive to maintain an atmosphere where all in attendance can enjoy the event. Attendees and their guests in violation of the Customer Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without a refund, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events.

  • Be respectful of patrons and staff.

  • Don’t interfere with the event or the performers in any way.

  • Do not obstruct the aisles

  • Don’t occupy a seat or remain in an area for which you don’t possess a valid ticket. You must show staff your ticket if they request it at any time during the event.

  • Comply with requests from staff regarding the venue’s operational and emergency procedures.

  • Unnecessary noise or movements during a concert distract not only your fellow audience members but also the performers. Patrons (and their children) who make such disruptions may be removed from the theater.

 

Our staff is trained to intervene when necessary and to use their best discretion to ensure attendees who ignore the Customer Code of Conduct don’t interfere with others’ enjoyment of the event.

Please note that posted door times are guidelines only, and may change depending on the show schedule.

All patrons entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening by way of magnetometer, visual inspection, and/or bag inspection conducted by venue security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.

All patrons entering the facility are subject to search and inspection.

 

A wide array of beverages from beer to mixed drinks are available at the concession stands for those persons 21+ only. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available.

Each customer’s ID is checked before each alcohol purchase. Alcohol will not be served if the picture on the ID doesn’t match the person attempting to purchase.  The theater reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone at any time.

Don’t drink and drive. Use a designated driver or a ride service.

 

If first aid assistance is required, please notify the nearest Arena Theatre representative, so they may escort you to the first aid area.

Our first aid area is equipped to handle minor injuries.

 

Patrons can order a selection of snacks at concession stands including but not limited to nachos, hot dogs, and pop corn.

 

All events are rain or shine, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of rain. In the event of severe weather during a concert, alerts and instructions will be given via the theatre social media pages.

 

For lost and found items, please visit the box office during the event, or call (713)772-5900 after the event to inquire.

Please note that lost and found items are only held at the venue for thirty (30) days after each event.

 

The two (2) venue parking garages are attached to the Arena Theatre

There are three (3) entrances:

  • Entrance one: Enter on the access road off Highway 59 (aka Interstate 69) just past Fung’s Kitchen.
  • Entrance two: Enter one on Bellaire Boulevard just past Mr. Car Wash.
  • Entrance three: Enter on Fondren Road just before Pollo Rico.


PARKING FEES

  • If you are attending an event, parking is $20 cash per car.
  • If you are coming to purchase tickets parking is free for the first 30 minutes.


ACCESS PARKING

Accessible parking is available, inside the parking garage.


PARKING GARAGE ELEVATORS

Elevators are located on each floor of the parking garage.


PARKING GARAGE INDICATORS

Don’t get lost! The two parking garages and garage elevators are color-coded either RED or BLUE to help you identify where you park and where you are.


ACCESSIBLE PARKING

The following is a partial list of prohibited activities that are NOT permitted inside the venue or on venue property:

  • Accessing or attempting to access the stage, performer(s), performance areas, and production areas.

  • Excessively loud or abusive language and obscene gestures

  • Fighting, threatening to fight, or throwing objects

  • Loitering, trespassing, soliciting and peddling

  • Tailgating

  • Unauthorized sales activity or ambush marketing

  • Unlawful assembly

 

Attendees and their guests in violation may be subject to ejection without a refund, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events.

 

The following is a partial list of prohibited activities that are NOT permitted inside the venue or on venue property:

  • Banners, signs, posters

  • Bicycles, scooters, skates, rollerblades, shoes with wheels, skateboards, wave boards, ripstiks, hoverboards

  • Cameras, photography, audio and video recording devices

  • Cans, bottles, coolers, glass, or cups (Stanley cups, YETI cups, etc)

  • Drones, remote control devices

  • Any weapon including firearms and knives

  • Illegal drugs, substances or paraphernalia

  • Inappropriate attire/clothing

  • Laptops, electronic tablets

  • Large bags, backpacks or suitcases
    (purses smaller than 4.5″ x  6.5″ are permitted)

  • Non-clear bags larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″

  • Clear bags larger than 12″x 6″ x 12″ 

  • Laser pointers

  • Noisemakers, fireworks

  • Outside food or drink

  • Pets

  • Projectiles

  • Selfie sticks

  • Strollers

  • Unauthorized pamphlets, fliers, promotional items, sales materials

  • Vapes, lighters, cigarettes

  • Weapons or anything deemed a weapon by venue staff

 

Arena Theatre management reserves the right to prohibit other items as deemed necessary

 

For the safety of artists and enjoyment of all concertgoers, photography and sound or video recording is prohibited without advance written permission. Offenders may be ejected and liable for damages.

Your use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgement of willingness to appear in photographs, video and film taken in public areas by Arena Theatre, its lessees, and all others from liability resulting from use of such images.

 

Once a patron’s ticket has been scanned, and they have entered the venue, no re-entry will be allowed.

 

Except for show cancellations, all ticket sales are final.

Restrooms are located inside the venue. There are no outside or hall restrooms. Arena Towers restrooms are not available during showtimes or after-hours. 

An accessible restroom is located on aisle 12.

 

Arena Theatre is a non-smoking facility.

 

Strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted in the seating sections.

A stroller or wheelchair check service can be found at the box office.

 

Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, our official ticketing partner. All sales are final.

The resale of tickets is not permitted. 

Except for event cancellation, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

 

There is no public wifi available at the theatre.
