803 Fresh
Douglas Furtick, professionally known as 803 Fresh, hails from Hollow Creek in the Wagener-Salley area of South Carolina. Born on February 19, 1990, in Augusta, Georgia, he began his musical journey singing in church at the age of eight, influenced by his mother’s encouragement. His early exposure to gospel music laid a strong foundation for his soulful sound.
803 Fresh gained widespread recognition with his breakout hit “Boots on the Ground,” which became a viral sensation and solidified his place in the Southern Soul genre. Arena Theatre is conveniently located on Southwest Freeway between the Galleria and Sugar Land. Exit either Bellaire Blvd or Fondren Rd, and look for Boxer Property’s two Arena Place dark brown office buildings. Look for the Flags on top of the towers or the Westwood College sign as a visual indicator. Paid parking is available onsite with two covered, multilevel parking garages that connect directly to the theatre without exposure to the weather.
