Atlanta native and Grammy-nominated Young Jeezy AKA Jeezy is back at the Arena Theatre! A mainstay of the hip-hop world, Jeezy overcame a life of poverty and drugs on the streets of his home city to become one of the mainstream scene’s most recognizable voices.

The Soul Survivor rapper was one of the pioneers of the now pervasive trap music subgenre, blending his distinctive gravel vocals with a killer flow and devastating beats to create stadium-filling anthems.

Jeezy is on the road in support of his new double album music release “I Might Forgive… But I Don’t Forget.”  As well as his first book “Adversity for Sale: Ya Gotta Believe.”  This new foray into the publishing world explores how he overcame the obstacles in his quest to succeed in business and music.

Though he’s explored new territory in his numerous solo releases, mixtapes, and collaborative work with various producers, Jeezy still manages to pay tribute to his Southern hip-hop origins, and audiences appreciate that his live concerts represent his full repertoire. With Young Jeezy tickets, fans are bound to a hear career-spanning set, from “Soul Survivor” (featuring Akon) and “My Hood” from his first album to “White Girl” and “Corporate Thuggin’” off U.S.D.A.’s 2007 debut Cold Summer. Arena Theatre is conveniently located on Southwest Freeway between the Galleria and Sugar Land. Exit either Bellaire Blvd or Fondren Rd, and look for Boxer Property’s two Arena Place dark brown office buildings. Look for the Flags on top of the towers or the Westwood College sign as a visual indicator. Paid parking is available onsite with two covered, multilevel parking garages that connect directly to the theatre without exposure to the weather.
